On 19 August 2026, CVA, the dam operator, confirmed that Lake Place Moulin sits around five metres below its level of last year on the same date โ and in September it keeps dropping. Under those conditions, the Alpine Paradise Race 2026 will not take place. This is the third cancellation for drought in five years: 2022, 2025, 2026.
