La GlaGla Race 2024 aura lieu du 19 au 21 janvier prochain au départ de Talloires-Montmin. Cet événement va rassembler des centaines d’amateurs de paddle du monde entier ! C’est un événement sportif et festif ! On y fête le plaisir d’être sur le lac d’Annecy, dans un paysage magnifique avec ses montagnes enneigées et cette magnifique lumière d’hiver !

Pour bien accueillir les participants, partenaires et public, nous avons besoin d’une trentaine de bénévoles ! Venez rejoindre l’équipe d’organisation ! Toutes les bonnes volontés sont les bienvenues ! Pas besoin de savoir faire du paddle, ni d’avoir une expérience quelconque ! Bonne humeur et bonne volonté indispensables en revanche !

The GlaGla Race 2024 will take place from January 19 to 21, departing from Talloires-Montmin. This event will bring together hundreds of paddle enthusiasts from all over the world! To welcome participants, partners and the public, we need about thirty volunteers! Come join the organizing team! All the goodwill are welcome ! No need to know how to paddle, nor to have any experience! Good mood and good will essential on the other hand!

January 19-21, 2024 : The GlaGla Race is back ! We will celebrate its 10th anniversary ! The humble GlaGla has become something of a SUP phenomenon. Held in the freezing cold depths of winter, this amazing race has officially become one of the biggest in the world !

Registration is opening today at 6pm (local time)

19-21 janvier 2024 : La GlaGla Race est de retour ! Nous fêterons son 10ème anniversaire ! La GlaGla est devenue une sorte de phénomène paddle. Organisée dans les profondeurs glaciales de l’hiver, cette course étonnante est officiellement devenue l’une des plus grandes au monde !

Les inscriptions ouvrent aujourd’hui à 18h (heure locale)

Registration is still open ! Transfert by boat from the dam !

Updated Schedule

Access to the dam by car. Parking : 2,5 per day. Then you can walk to the spot close to the refuge Prarayer at the end of the lake. 40 minutes walk with beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. You can also go there by bike.

Due to the bad weather conditions forecast for Saturday, the program had to be modified. On the other hand, great weather is forecast for Sunday!

A causa delle avverse condizioni meteorologiche previste per sabato, il programma ha dovuto essere modificato. Domenica invece è previsto bel tempo!

En raison des mauvaises conditions météo prévues samedi le programme a du être modifié. En revanche grand beau temps prévu dimanche !

La Very Flat Race 2023 aura lieu le dimanche 8 octobre sur le lac d’Aiguebelette ! Cette course a lieu dans une réserve naturelle, le nombre place est très limité : 100 participants maximum et nous devons être encore plus attentif à limiter notre impact sur le milieu naturel.

The Very Flat Race 202 3 will take place on Sunday October 8 on Lake Aiguebelette ! This race takes place in a nature reserve, the number of places is very limited: 100 participants maximum and we must be even more careful to limit our impact on the natural environment.
